Two Summer Schools, One Shared Vision

In 2026, the Southern English School will take place from 8-12 August at Downside School near Bath in Somerset, offering a creative, welcoming atmosphere for all ages, with devotionals, plenaries, workshops, sports, swimming, good food, and varied evening sessions.

The Northern & Central Summer School 2026 will take place from 12-16 August at Yarnfield Park, bringing together friends of all ages for learning, fellowship, creativity, and spiritual growth in a joyful environment shaped by the vision of “Illuminating Minds and Inspiring Hearts.”

Together, the English Bahá’í Summer Schools aim to create spaces where people feel inspired, connected, and empowered to carry the spirit of Summer School into their daily lives and communities.

Illuminating Minds and Inspiring Hearts

The English Bahá’í Summer Schools seek to encourage the acquisition of knowledge, the perfection of skills, and the development of spiritual and intellectual capacities in an atmosphere of love, encouragement, and mutual respect. Their long-term vision is to contribute to the evolution of the worldwide Bahá’í community and to offer a welcoming space for anyone, of whatever age or belief system, who wishes to participate.
